What We Do
Biagi Landscape Consultants LLC provides several services for people who are designing or planning a landscape project. Having a review of your design can save you money. Your can make design improvements on paper, prior to submitting your drawings to government agencies or installing expensive plant material in the ground. The critiques can help you avoid costly resubmittals, delays, and fixes.
You probably don’t go to a movie before checking the reviews. So, you can see the benefit of getting a review of something as expensive as a new landscape! Biagi Landscape Consultants LLC has reviewed thousands of landscape plan proposals for both small and large-scale public landscapes, and we know what can make your project successful.
It can take about two months to go through a simple landscape plan submittal and a year or so can go by between a preliminary field plan review and final field plan review. It is costly to have to wait through the red tape more than once.
We don’t create the design drawings for you, so be sure to read the legal disclaimer below. Read this before paying for any of our services.
Biagi Landscape Consultants, LLC provides planting plan critiques and reviews. We do not provide legal or design advice. The landscape architect, designer, or the engineer who stamps your plans is ultimately responsible for your final design and contract documents. Our reviews provide recommendations, which do not require changes to your design plan unless you choose to make those changes. They are comments that can act as important guidance for your consideration, but should not be deemed stipulations for your design. Reviews are a tool for you to help you discuss any needed design revisions with your landscape architect, designer, or engineer.
